This "Ruffle" style scrunchie gives a little more volume than your average scrunchie. Each red stamp like image represents Japanese fan, Ougi, which symbolizes brighter future. Fan is a commonly used design in Japanese traditional garment. Each scrunchie is made to order so fabric placements may differ from photos. Each piece is one of a kind!
