Shipping Policy

Where do you ship?

We ship to Canada and the U.S. Orders are promptly shipped from Ottawa, Ontario. If you are looking to order from outside of North America, please message us at info@wamodern.ca and we can look into the shipping rates for you. 

How much is shipping?

We currently offer free standard shipping (no tracking) for all accessories Canada wide. For other items, we use Canada Post Expedited Parcel service (with tracking) and the shipping charge will be calculated at the checkout. As for the U.S. customers, shipping charge will be calculated for all items based on package weight and size at the checkout. 

*Please note that Canada Post is experiencing delays, so your package may take extra time to arrive. We have no control over your package once it's put in the mail. 

Do you offer local pickup?

YES! If you are local to East end of Ottawa, you can pick up your order. Please select the local pickup option at the checkout to avoid any shipping charge.
