Return Policy

To ensure complete customer satisfaction, customers may return undamaged pieces (with no sign of visible wear) within 15 days upon receiving the items. Refunds will be applied upon successful return of the product. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping will not be covered. 

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be worn, damaged, or unsaleable.

Please keep in mind that we use vintage kimono to create our products. The fabrics we use are in excellent condition, though sometimes there are small marks and or creases indicative of the fabric's rich history. If there are issues with the assembly of your purchased item, please email us at info@wamodern.ca and we will gladly exchange the item if the same product is available. Refunds will be applied if the same product is no longer available. 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will refund or replace the product.
